- Your image isn’t one of a stereotypical idol, so to speak. You’re very down to earth with a life-size, neutral type of appeal. It was rare among existing idols at the time, and that was what we meant by, “idols who don’t seem idol-like”.
Sakurai: You know, I don’t feel like that’s correct when I hear it now, but I remember being really happy when I heard it at the time. I’m still not really sure what exactly an idol is supposed to be, but at that time, I was really happy to be told, “You don’t seem idol-like.”
Now that we’ve grown up, it also makes me wonder how on earth an idol group in their second or third year could be called “un-idol-like”. (laughs)(XD…true…)

Aiba: Nooo~ way, right? (laughs)
